Rental Information and Rates

We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new garden area called Bridge and Brook Gardens! This space is perfect for small ceremonies, vow renewals, showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, photo shoots, and more!

Garden Rental:

Includes use of garden area, limited amount of tables chairs, tent, fire pit, and arch for 50 guests

$25/hour for up to 4 hours

$50/hour if restrooms are needed (this requires an attendant to stay onsite for the duration of your event)

Decor Rental/Decorating/ Coordinating Services available and prices vary depending on specific requests.

Garden Rental Rules and Requirements

-A $50 security deposit is required at the time of booking and is returned after your event. Damaged property or failure to clean up after your event will result in the loss of your deposit.

-No alcohol allowed on the premises

-Access to restrooms requires an attendant to be onsite for the duration of your event

-All trash must be picked up and properly disposed of at the end of your event

-Any tables, chairs etc must be returned to original placement at the end of your event
