One of the most asked questions is “How much is everything?” Our service fee pricing is very much individually based upon each client, their needs, and their budget. Someone who just needs a few signs would naturally be asked to pay a lower amount than someone who needs linens, centerpieces, and a backdrop. We would be happy to schedule a time to chat about your needs!

Please keep in mind that our items are most often gently used as we try to re-use and recycle as many materials as possible to prevent items going to a landfill.

Basic Pricing Guide

Below are a few of our most requested items and their average rental prices. Please keep in mind that our service fees are individually based on budget, circumstances, and items requested.

Linens: $4/piece. Our linens come washed and folded but are NOT pressed. We have both round and rectangular linens in black, white, and ivory. We do have other colored linens based on size and quantity of tables.

Chair Covers: $.75/each We have polyester drop on for folding and banquet chairs in white and ivory. We also have spandex covers in black and white.

Table runners/chair sashes- $.50-$1/piece- We have a variety of runners in various colors and materials.

Glassware/Vases: Starting at $.50. We have numerous different types of glassware ranging from mason jars to Eiffel tower vases.

Centerpiece materials: Starting at $1. This includes mirror, wood slices, lanterns, vase filler, votives, and more.

Greenery/Florals: Starting at $3. We have a large variety of greenery garlands and artificial florals including pre-made bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, floral sprays and large arrangements. Custom arrangements or arrangements of already purchased florals can be requested and depend on volunteer availability.

Arches/Backdrops/Large Props: We have a large variety of arches, backdrops, and large props such as crates, candelabras, easels, and more.

Signage: We have a huge supply of various signs ranging from Welcome signs to table numbers.
